What if I receive a broken product?
Although we have the lowest breakage rates in the Industry, in the unfortunate event that a product reaches you broken - we provide replacements, no questions asked.
What is your return policy?
All the DIY products are on non returnable basis, however we can entertain an exchange request. You can know more about our return policy here.
What if I want to Breakage/ Exchange/ Return the product?
For exchange, you need to self ship the product back to our warehouse and place a new order on our website. Upon receiving our product back, we will check it and refund the product amount
Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
